What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing high-volume inbound calls
• Supporting caregiver scheduling and urgent escalations
• Responding to chat and email requests
• Accurately documenting every interaction
• Following structured communication protocols

Performance is measured daily on attendance, call quality, accuracy, efficiency and
professional tone.
