Job Description

Required Skill Set:
  • Accounting / Commerce background (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with US taxation concepts (preferred) – Forms such as 1040, W-2, 1099, etc.
  • Candidates with CPA internship experience or exposure to tax return preparation will be highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of tax calculations and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail for QA and validation tasks
Note: Candidates without US tax experience but with strong accounting fundamentals can be trained.

Target Candidate Profiles:
  • P0: CPA interns/candidates preparing for the CPA
  • P1: Candidates with experience in tax return preparation/tax review/return editing
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform QA checks on datasets prepared by CPAs
  • Validate:
    • Data completeness and document presence
    • Tax calculations and reconciliation
    • Consistency across forms and supporting documents
  • Ensure datasets meet client and IRS compliance standards
  • Format and finalize datasets for delivery
