Content Strategist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Content Strategist in the United States.

This role is a high-impact, deliverables-driven engagement focused on building a unified content and messaging system for a fast-growing industrial autonomy company. You will define how the product story is communicated across every stage of the buyer journey, from first awareness to final purchase decision. The environment is highly strategic and execution-oriented, requiring both big-picture thinking and hands-on content creation. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure messaging is consistent, buyer-centric, and performance-driven. The scope includes building foundational messaging architecture, sales enablement assets, SEO strategy, and scalable content operations. This is a builder-style contract engagement for a senior practitioner who can independently design, execute, and hand off a complete content system. Your work will directly shape how enterprise buyers understand, evaluate, and adopt a category-defining product.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop a unified messaging architecture that defines core value propositions, buyer narratives, and differentiation across all customer-facing channels.
  • Create persona- and vertical-specific messaging frameworks tailored to operations, logistics, and manufacturing decision-makers.
  • Build a full-funnel content ecosystem, including sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, brochures, and ROI-focused materials aligned to buyer decision stages.
  • Design and implement a structured sales enablement library that supports consistent positioning and improves deal execution effectiveness.
  • Establish brand voice guidelines and governance standards to ensure consistency across marketing, sales, and digital channels.
  • Define content pillars and build a content system that aligns campaigns, product milestones, and sales cycles.
  • Develop SEO strategy including keyword architecture, on-page optimization standards, and early-stage long-form content to drive pipeline visibility.
  • Design scalable, AI-enabled content workflows using modern tools to support future content production efficiency.
  • Create LinkedIn and social content strategy focused on reaching enterprise operations and logistics decision-makers.
  • Train and align sales teams on messaging adoption, including workshops, call reviews, and enablement sessions to ensure consistency in customer conversations.
Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, product marketing, or brand strategy, ideally in complex technical or enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to synthesize fragmented inputs (customer interviews, CRM data, call recordings, competitive research) into unified messaging systems.
  • Strong experience building sales enablement content that improves positioning, conversion, and sales effectiveness.
  • Solid SEO expertise, including keyword strategy, content structuring, and understanding of organic-to-pipeline impact.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude) or agentic workflows to scale content production effectively.
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into clear, outcome-driven buyer messaging.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams, including training, coaching, or call analysis.
  • Demonstrated success building B2B LinkedIn or social content strategies.
  • Ability to operate independently as a contractor or consultant, managing scope and deliverables end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Project-based contract engagement with defined scope and milestone-based compensation
  • Total contract value: $25,000 – $50,000 depending on scope and deliverables
  • Fully remote work within the United States
  • High autonomy in execution, tools, and workflow design
  • Opportunity to build a full messaging and content system from the ground up
  • Exposure to advanced AI-enabled content operations and modern marketing workflows
  • Direct impact on sales performance, buyer experience, and go-to-market strategy
  • Flexible, independent contractor arrangement (1099)
