Food Production Worker (ROTATING LINE ROLES)
Pay: $16.00/hr.

First and Second Shifts Available (standard)

Position Summary

• This role supports high-volume food production and packaging. Team members rotate through multiple line positions every two hours, following safety, quality, and work instructions to keep product moving accurately and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and use required safety equipment
• Stage packaging materials (clamshells), break down cases, and move cardboard to recycling carts
• Place clamshells onto the conveyor line and rotate to the opposite side of the line as assigned
• Transfer frozen product from the conveyor into clamshell packaging (rotating sides as scheduled)
• Pull product to racks during label changes or line stoppages; re-feed product to the line once cleared
• Case pack finished product: pull items from a chest-level conveyor and place into cases at waist level
• Push full cases (approx. 18 lbs) onto the conveyor
• Insert label sheets into cases for specific orders
• Build trays and place trays on top of cases for certain runs
• End-of-shift general cleanup/housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned
• All responsibilities and positions are rotated every two hours

Education & Experience (Preferred)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior manufacturing/warehouse/production experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Standing/walking for the duration of the shift
• Repetitive hand/arm motions; frequent reaching/grasping
• Lifting/moving items up to approximately 18 lbs
• Working at conveyor pace and handling packaged/frozen product
