This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, presales strategy, and large-scale digital transformation within the Microsoft ecosystem. The position is responsible for shaping high-impact business applications solutions that span Microsoft Dynamics and broader business application platforms, helping enterprise clients envision and execute complex transformation journeys. It combines strategic deal leadership with hands-on solution architecture, ensuring that innovation and feasibility are aligned from early sales engagement through delivery execution. The role also plays a key part in building scalable presales capabilities, developing differentiated offerings, and integrating emerging technologies such as AI into client solutions. Operating in a highly collaborative and global environment, the Director acts as a trusted advisor to clients, executives, and internal teams. This is a high-visibility role that directly influences revenue growth, solution quality, and long-term client success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead presales architecture across strategic enterprise pursuits, shaping solution vision and guiding complex deal strategy
  • Design end-to-end Microsoft Business Applications solutions, including architecture, estimates, SOWs, and executive-level storytelling
  • Partner with sales and executive stakeholders to translate client needs into scalable, outcome-driven solution designs
  • Define and evolve presales architecture practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure repeatable excellence
  • Drive solution strategy across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and adjacent technologies
  • Ensure alignment between presales solution design and delivery execution to maintain architectural integrity
  • Develop differentiated offerings by integrating industry insights, innovation, and emerging technologies including AI
  • Contribute to commercial models, go-to-market strategies, and intellectual property development
  • Stay actively engaged in key client engagements to ensure successful delivery of designed solutions
  • Lead and mentor a global team of architects while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
  • Act as a thought leader across the Microsoft ecosystem through client engagements, events, and industry contributions
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as an enterprise architect, solution architect, or senior presales leader in complex environments
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies)
  • Proven success leading presales solutioning and contributing to high-value enterprise deal closures
  • Strong experience bridging presales and delivery with accountability for end-to-end outcomes
  • Background in consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation environments preferred
  • Ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures across multi-platform ecosystems
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence clients and senior stakeholders
  • Experience building sales proposals, SOWs, solution narratives, and technical presentations
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI and agentic solutions, is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing global technical teams
