This is a high-impact performance marketing role focused on scaling paid social acquisition across multiple platforms in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. You will take full ownership of paid social strategy and execution, driving measurable growth through Meta while expanding into emerging channels such as TikTok and Snapchat. The role blends analytical rigor with creative strategy, requiring close collaboration with creative, data, and product teams. You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns across the entire funnel, ensuring that every decision is grounded in performance and business outcomes. Operating in a high-growth startup setting, you’ll have significant autonomy and ownership over budget allocation and experimentation. This is an opportunity to directly influence user acquisition strategy and scale impactful marketing systems from the ground up.
- Own and manage end-to-end paid social performance across Meta, including strategy, campaign structure, testing, and budget allocation
- Drive expansion into new paid social channels such as TikTok and Snapchat
- Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns, ensuring alignment between creative performance and business outcomes
- Develop and maintain a strong creative feedback loop with internal brand and creative teams
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics beyond platform KPIs, focusing on conversion quality and LTV impact
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting consistency
- Manage pixel, CAPI, UTM structures, and overall tracking integrity to support clean measurement
- Partner with CRO and product teams to align ad performance with landing page and user experience optimization
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights to guide broader marketing and growth strategy
- Manage and mentor a paid social associate, supporting their development and execution
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of hands-on paid social experience managing large-scale Meta advertising accounts
- Proven success optimizing campaigns toward business outcomes such as conversions, revenue, or LTV
- Strong creative intuition with the ability to evaluate and articulate what drives performance
- Deep understanding of tracking and measurement systems, including Pixel, CAPI, and attribution models
- Experience managing paid social in high-consideration or regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or lead generation
- Familiarity with TikTok and/or Snapchat advertising platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high ownership expectations
- Must be based in the United States
