Job Description

Product Management Director

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Management Director in United States.

In this senior leadership role, you will shape and drive end-to-end product strategy across complex, multi-platform ecosystems, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise objectives and customer outcomes. You will lead product transformation from feature-centric delivery to outcome-driven, customer-focused product management. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, growth, client success, and regulatory stakeholders in a highly structured and regulated environment. You will define clear product vision, prioritize strategic investments, and translate market insights into scalable roadmaps. As a people leader, you will mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of discovery, experimentation, and accountability. This is a high-impact role where product leadership directly influences business performance, scalability, and customer value.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization across core platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals and customer needs.
  • Translate business strategy, market trends, and customer insights into actionable product plans, investment cases, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
  • Define and track product OKRs, ensuring teams focus on outcomes, impact, and value creation rather than output alone.
  • Establish and manage product governance frameworks to support prioritization, transparency, and effective decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, building a high-performance, outcome-driven product culture.
  • Promote continuous discovery, experimentation, and validation practices to reduce risk and improve product-market fit.
  • Balance innovation with scalability, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8–10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of cross-functional product teams.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy in complex, enterprise, or regulated environments.
  • Strong technical fluency, including experience with cloud-based platforms and modern digital ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira and Figma.
  • Ability to use data, customer insights, and emerging technologies (including AI) to drive product decisions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Experience mentoring and developing product teams in high-growth or transformation environments.
  • Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, SaaS, or other regulated industries is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range: $155,300 – $258,800 USD, depending on experience and location
  • Annual bonus eligibility and long-term incentive plan participation
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) starting day one
  • Behavioral health and well-being programs
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement programs
  • Minimum 18 days of paid time off plus paid holidays
  • Flexible work arrangements with remote/hybrid options
  • Career growth and leadership development opportunities
