S.A. Morman is seeking a Receiving and Labeling Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced and team working environment. The Warehouse Associate will be a dependable, detail-oriented individual. This role will focus on labeling contract hardware, receiving materials, and preparing shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Label contract hardware accurately based on job specifications
• Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders
• Generate and manage shipping paperwork through our ERP system
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure documentation accuracy and timely processing
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed
• Process incoming UPS shipments and unload freight trucks promptly and efficiently
• Pull materials from inventory for deliveries and assist drivers with safely loading products onto delivery vehicles as needed
• Assist walk-in customers by pulling their material

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and basic software in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move objects safely, up to 50lbs
• Previous knowledge of operating a fork-lift is preferred, but not required
