Home Support Specialist (Caregiver) – Plymouth, MI Area (Now Hiring)

CareOne Senior Care is seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to seniors in their homes throughout the Plymouth area. This position is a great fit for someone who values flexibility and enjoys building meaningful connections through caregiving.

We work closely with our team to align schedules and client placements based on your availability and preferred locations.

Compensation & Flexibility:

• Earn $14–$17 per hour, with opportunities for higher pay on advanced care cases
• Flexible scheduling options including early shifts, mid-day, evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Choose from part-time or full-time hours
• Client assignments designed to be convenient to your location
• Referral rewards available

Role Overview:

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily routines such as hygiene, dressing, and personal care
• Support basic household upkeep and prepare simple meals
• Offer companionship while promoting a safe environment
• Assist clients experiencing memory loss or cognitive decline
• Help with mobility support, including safe transfers (training available)
• Provide transportation or assist with errands when required

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18
• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and dependable transportation
• Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Ability to clear a background screening
• TB test required (can be completed during onboarding)

Coverage Area:
Services are provided in Plymouth and nearby communities such as Canton, Northville, Livonia, Westland, and surrounding areas.
