Accountabilities:
  • Manage and develop the sports betting vertical with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sportsbook tournaments, seasonal campaigns, and event-based promotions
  • Collaborate closely with sportsbook providers to optimize odds management, data feeds, and overall product performance
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, bonuses, and provider-related operational improvements
  • Partner with CRM and marketing teams to launch targeted campaigns and personalized user experiences
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion
  • Adapt sportsbook offerings and promotional content to local markets and key international sporting events
  • Ensure all sportsbook activities remain compliant with legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in product management, operations, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong passion for sports and a solid understanding of major sporting events and betting trends
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in fast-moving environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
  • Previous exposure to iGaming, sportsbook, or digital entertainment industries is considered a plus
