Remote Marketing Operations & Franchise Enablement Manager
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our marketing team, focusing on creating structure and efficiency in delivering marketing initiatives. You will facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, ensuring that our franchise partners receive timely, impactful marketing support. As a critical link between various teams, you will streamline processes, manage project timelines, and cultivate relationships that drive success. Your organizational skills will be paramount in achieving our goals and enhancing overall team performance.
Accountabilities- Drive and manage the marketing roadmap to ensure timely campaign launches.
- Govern the master Marcom calendar, serving as the single source of truth for campaign dates.
- Facilitate workflow between creative and social teams for asset hand-off.
- Ensure the Monthly Drop is executed smoothly and distributed to franchisees.
- Lead the creation of executive marketing reports and presentations.
- Act as the primary contact for franchisee inquiries and support.
- Manage tools, such as Asana and Airtable, to keep operations organized.
- 4-6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management.
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to present and facilitate meetings for large groups.
- High proficiency in Google Slides, Excel, and project management tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
