Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience in project and product management with exposure to IT systems, digital products, or enterprise technology projects
• Skilled in digital product strategy, Agile delivery, user story prioritization, UI/UX collaboration
• In-depth knowledge of tracking metrics, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.
• Prior experience with cross-functional team collaboration, project documentation, and compliance adherence.
• Experience in coordinating and supporting in-house product and IT project delivery

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Professional Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
