About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, people-focused Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Warsaw, IN plant. This role sits at the front office and serves as a central hub for employees, visitors, and vendors.
You’ll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly while helping foster a strong, engaging workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
Office Coordination
- Maintain a welcoming, organized front office as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
- Manage office logistics, including utilities, insurance, and lease agreements
- Oversee ordering of plant supplies, office materials, and snacks
- Partner with IT to troubleshoot office technology and systems
- Plan and support plant events and engagement activities
- Partner with HR to support onboarding for new employees
- Assist with employee communications and culture-building initiatives
Operational Coordination
- Ensure office needs align with operational priorities
- Support communication flow between front office and production teams

Requirements:What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of office administration experience (manufacturing or plant environment preferred)
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, “no task too small” attitude
