• The Gazebo Café – Casual, high-volume breakfast & lunch service
• The Marquis – Elevated dinner service with a refined menu

Position Overview
We are urgently hiring reliable and motivated Line Cooks to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, can stay organized under pressure, and understand the importance of consistency in a private dining environment.

Available Shifts
• Gazebo Café (Breakfast/Lunch): 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Marquis Restaurant (Dinner): 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Flexible scheduling available (full-time & part-time).

Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute menu items to established standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with prep, stocking, and daily kitchen operations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications
• Previous line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
