RN or LPN - Long Term Care at Ortonville Area Health Services – Ortonville, Minnesota

Fairway View Neighborhoods Long Term Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work direct patient care in many capacities – observing, assessing, passing medications, and documenting information relating to the residents.

Duties Include:

• Makes regular rounds observing resident condition, vital signs, assessing findings, planning resident nursing care, and recording pertinent information
• Accurate administration of medication and treatment as prescribed by physician. Assists physician during rounds in absence of Care Coordinator to facilitate communication.
• Instructs residents on their treatments and medication to promote resident understanding and continuity of care.
• Provides necessary support to LPN’s and CNA’s to ensure they are able to perform their work. Supervises the care by LPNs and CNAs to residents.
• Serves as a role model for other nursing personnel.

Hours and Pay:

• Part Time, 48 hours per 2 week pay period, 6am - 2:30pm

• LPN: $27.00 - $34.26
