The Corporate Quality Director leads Granger’s Quality Management Program, ensuring consistent, practical, and measurable quality practices across all projects, regions, and self-performed work. This role is key to reducing rework, improving warranty performance, and delivering predictable outcomes — while reinforcing a proactive culture of ownership and excellence.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Granger’s Quality Management System
- Establish and maintain companywide quality standards aligned with industry best practices
- Conduct jobsite visits and quality audits across regions
- Define, track, and analyze quality metrics including rework, punchlists, warranty, and training
- Lead warranty and rework management efforts, targeting recurring issues and root causes
- Design and deliver practical quality training for project and field teams
- Champion a proactive, ownership-driven culture of quality across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with leadership exposure in quality, operations, or project delivery
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and quality systems
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence at all levels
