About This Position

Overview

Tax Management Associates, Inc. (TMA) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Coordinator to support client engagements and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience from kickoff through completion. This role plays a key part in coordinating communication, tracking progress, and contributing to the successful delivery of client projects.

The Client Success Coordinator works closely with Sales, Operations, and Clients to help keep engagements organized, on schedule, and aligned with expectations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on multiple tasks and deadlines.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to support both client experience and operational execution, helping ensure strong client satisfaction, successful delivery of engagements, and contribution to retention and long-term client relationships.

This role requires approximately 40–50% travel for client meetings and industry events. Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding and kickoff processes to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Operations
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and on-site visits, including preparation, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and coordination
  • Track progress across client engagements, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones stay on track
  • Monitor account activity and proactively flag delays, gaps, or risks to senior team members
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of client activity and documentation
  • Assist Operations in preparing and delivering project status reports
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist Operations in collecting required documentation, inputs and files to ensure timely client participation
  • Support internal reporting on account status, progress, and key updates
  • Contribute to a positive client experience through responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail
  • Assist with renewal and continuation processes as needed
  • Escalate any risks to client satisfaction or engagement as needed

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years in Client Services, Customer Success, Sales Support, or Operations coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits and industry conferences
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
