• Craft high-quality drinks (espresso, milk steaming, specialty beverages)
• Provide warm, genuine customer service from start to finish
• Help guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about coffee
• Prepare light food items, pastries, and toppings following recipes
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
• Support team operations during busy hours (restocking, cleaning, assisting teammates)
• Handle POS transactions accurately (cash & card)
• Ensure a welcoming, clean, and positive café environment

• Passion for coffee and hospitality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability (weekends & holidays required)
• Food Handler Card (Training provided if certification needed)
