Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Lead Pest Management Professional to help lead and develop a high-performing team of PMPs. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be a hands-on leader, mentor, and motivator who ensures the team performs in the top 1% of the industry.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team DevelopmentAssist the Service Manager to lead and manage a team of pest management professionals with clarity and accountability.
Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with core values.
Provide in-field training to support technician development and growth.
Route & Operations Management
Ensure 100% route completion each month while maintaining company warranty service standards
Monitor your team’s performance to ensure customers are properly serviced on schedule.
Use technology to enhance operational efficiency.
Cultivate a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Drive engagement and professional development.
Collaborate in weekly Level 10 meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring issues are resolved with care and value is reinforced.
Maintain company cancel rate and review rating standards
Valid Drivers License
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in pest control or a similar field.
Registered Technician Card required; Pest and Wood Certified Applicator certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage crises and ensure team safety and compliance.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
