Job Title: Lead Pest Management Professional

Production: $55,000-$65,000 annually

We’re seeking a Lead Pest Management Professional to help lead and develop a high-performing team of PMPs. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be a hands-on leader, mentor, and motivator who ensures the team performs in the top 1% of the industry.

• Assist the Service Manager to lead and manage a team of pest management professionals with clarity and accountability.

• Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with core values.

• Provide in-field training to support technician development and growth.
  
  

Route & Operations Management

• Ensure 100% route completion each month while maintaining company warranty service standards

• Monitor your team’s performance to ensure customers are properly serviced on schedule.

• Use technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  
  

• Cultivate a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

• Drive engagement and professional development.

• Collaborate in weekly Level 10 meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
  
  

• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring issues are resolved with care and value is reinforced.

• Maintain company cancel rate and review rating standards

• Valid Drivers License

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in pest control or a similar field.

• Registered Technician Card required; Pest and Wood Certified Applicator certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to manage crises and ensure team safety and compliance.

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
