  • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide ongoing optimization and best-practice guidance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and operational needs.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications required.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and platform customization.

  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is an asset.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management) are highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Permanent full-time role with long-term stability.
