- Act as a cross-functional partner to executive leadership, providing clear legal guidance and risk-based recommendations.
The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare regulatory expertise combined with strong product counseling and privacy experience in technology-driven environments:
- 8–10+ years of legal experience spanning healthcare regulatory law, privacy, compliance, and/or product counseling in law firms, in-house roles, or government agencies.

- Experience advising on digital health, SaaS, or technology product development in regulated environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML governance, including ethical AI frameworks, data usage for model training, and emerging AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act).
- Experience building or operationalizing compliance programs, including policies, audits, training, and risk management processes.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical, clinical, and executive stakeholders.
