Job Description
As a Server at Ballers, you'll be a key player in creating a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for our guests. You'll provide efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly service to everyone who dines with us — whether they're cooling down after a match or just stopping in to enjoy the vibe.
What you’ll do:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu with confidence.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Ensure timely delivery of orders, checking for accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station.
Stay on top of table rotation and communicate with host and kitchen staff.
Answer guest questions and offer menu suggestions, including specials and pairings.
Follow alcohol service and safety guidelines at all times.
Handle payments and operate POS systems with accuracy.
Collaborate with teammates to keep things running smoothly.
Be proactive in resolving any guest concerns to ensure a great experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience as a server or in a customer-facing role in hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service etiquette.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
RAMP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.
