In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will build strong relationships, understand client objectives, and provide tailored solutions that drive growth and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include analysing account performance, delivering insights, and identifying opportunities to upsell or expand services. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and problem resolution. This position combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Travel may be required for client meetings, presentations, and occasional international engagements.
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service and support
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions
- Build long-term relationships that foster client loyalty and satisfaction
- Monitor account performance, analyse sales trends, and prepare insightful reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to upsell services, features, or solutions that enhance client outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, technology) to ensure smooth execution of client programs
- Support onboarding of new clients and programs, resolving issues proactively
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development, preferably in B2B, gift card, loyalty, or employee benefits industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset while able to manage day-to-day client support
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools
- Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus
- Full driving license
