  • Strong expertise with AWS services including EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
  • Proven experience in migrating applications to container-based architectures and implementing Kubernetes/EKS environments.
  • Experience transforming CI/CD pipelines, implementing GitOps practices, and enabling rapid, reliable software delivery.
  • Expertise with observability and monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana) and implementing proactive alerting and incident management.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2), and security automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to enable their technical initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with a track record of operational excellence.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $209,500–$270,000 per year for U.S.-based candidates, plus eligibility for variable compensation.
  • Equity participation and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Flexible work arrangements with fully remote options and monthly work-from-home stipend.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match, plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.
  • Flexible vacation policy and family planning resources.
  • Professional development through learning programs, leadership growth, and market exploration initiatives.
  • Inclusive, supportive culture emphasizing diversity, collaboration, and well-being.
