Join Nu Image Surgical in our Wake Forest Call Center, where your voice becomes the first step in creating exceptional patient experiences. As a Call Center Representative, you’ll play a critical role in connecting patients, referring dental offices, and their teams to the outstanding care we provide.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the warm and compassionate voice that assists callers, answering inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate Seamless Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointments to ensure an effortless process for patients, dental offices, and internal teams.
• Streamline Operations: Develop and maintain secure systems to handle and distribute health information between Nu Image Surgical and referring offices.
• Enhance Accessibility: Implement strategies to optimize patient scheduling with a focus on convenience and ease.
• Solve Challenges with Confidence: Identify and proactively resolve concerns, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Foster Positive Interactions: Create a welcoming and supportive environment over the phone, making every interaction memorable and reassuring.

What You Bring:

• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate patient information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in call center and customer service roles.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software's.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Background in dental or medical settings.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Work Schedule - Five-day workweek. M-Th 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Fri 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
