Administrative Assistant – Personal Injury & Business Law

Role Summary

Fears Law is seeking a resourceful, team-oriented professional to support our Personal Injury and Business Law teams. We are a client-centric, results-driven firm offering a fun, fast-paced environment for individuals who want to grow and excel.

This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail; scan and file documents
  • Answer phones, monitor emails, and route communications appropriately
  • Provide front desk coverage during lunch and receptionist absences
  • Follow up on referred-out PI cases and track status updates
  • Support Business Law team with calendaring and document formatting
  • Assist with billing, process payments, and track balances
  • Maintain organized files and assist with general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Legal administrative or office experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client service skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work Environment

  • In-office, collaborative team setting
