We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm welcomes and seamless assistance during check-ins and check-outs. $16 to $18 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Create Unforgettable Experiences: Be the heart of guest satisfaction by ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Seamless Check-Ins & Check-Outs: Manage guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs with precision and a smile.
  • Handle Guest Requests & Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, reservations, and inquiries with a positive attitude and a helpful approach, offering guests valuable information about the hotel and surrounding area.
  • Support Revenue Management: Play a key role in driving the hotel's revenue strategy by accurately managing guest preferences and room assignments.
  • Resolve Guest Concerns: Tactfully handle guest concerns and provide resolutions that leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with departments to ensure guests receive outstanding service and their needs are always met.
  • Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Keep the front desk and lobby areas spotless, ensuring every guest feels right at home.
  • Stay Prepared: Follow emergency procedures and be an active participant in the hotel's Safety Committee to ensure the safety of both guests and staff.
  • Adapt to Business Needs: Be flexible and ready to work various shifts to support our business needs, ensuring a smooth operation at all times.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Passion for Hospitality: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
  • Strong Communication Skills: You'll need to be a confident communicator, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to Detail: Your organizational and problem-solving skills will help you excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and applications related to guest reservations and reporting.
  • Confidentiality: You'll handle sensitive guest information, so integrity and confidentiality are a must.
  • Multitasking Ability: You'll need to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.

  • Uniform & Grooming: You'll be representing the hotel, so a neat, clean, and professional appearance is a must.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, and move around your workspace comfortably.
  • Safety First: Be trained in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures for the well-being of all.
  • Training & Certification: CPR and First Aid certification is a bonus, and we'll support you in obtaining any necessary certifications.
