Location: Hybrid (Chandler, AZ)
Reports to: Assessment Accountability Manager
Employment Type: Exempt / Full-Time
Primavera Online School is an accredited, tuition-free public charter school serving students across Arizona for more than 25 years. We specialize in flexible, student-centered online education designed to meet learners where they are—academically, emotionally, and socially.
We believe every student deserves access to an education that adapts to their life, not the other way around. At Primavera, we support diverse learners, empower families, and partner closely with educators to create personalized learning experiences that drive real outcomes. Our work is grounded in care, accountability, and a deep commitment to helping students succeed—both in school and beyond.
As a fully remote organization, we value clear communication, collaboration, and ownership. You’ll find a mission-driven team that takes its responsibility to students seriously while supporting one another as professionals and humans.
The Team You Will Join
You’ll be part of the Operations team, working closely with school leadership, instructional staff, attendance teams, and external partners such as the Arizona Department of Education and testing vendors. This team is responsible for ensuring all state-mandated testing is executed with accuracy, integrity, and compliance while supporting students and staff throughout the process.
The team culture is collaborative, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused, and you’ll have opportunities to improve systems, strengthen operations, and support students while partnering across Primavera Online School.
The Difference You Will Make
In this role, your work will directly impact students, staff, and school operations by ensuring all state and federally required testing is executed smoothly, securely, and in compliance with regulations.
You’ll help strengthen systems, ensure compliance, and enhance the student and staff testing experience by building strong processes, maintaining clear communication, and proactively managing logistics and data, contributing to Primavera’s mission in a meaningful and visible way.
A Typical Day Looks Like
While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:
- Coordinate and manage statewide testing logistics, including scheduling, materials, accommodations, and test site operations
- Train and support test administrators and proctors while ensuring adherence to state testing procedures and compliance requirements
- Monitor testing progress, student participation, and data accuracy while maintaining detailed records and reporting outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership, staff, and external agencies to ensure readiness, communication, and successful execution of testing windows
- Utilize systems such as Excel/Google Sheets, SIS, LMS, and state testing portals to track data, manage workflows, and maintain compliance documentation
This role balances structured planning, problem-solving, and collaboration and is well-suited for someone who enjoys managing details, improving systems, and working with purpose in a fast-paced environment.
Your Expertise Includes
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and large-scale logistics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and support staff and communicate with stakeholders
- Experience working with data, including tracking, analyzing, and maintaining accurate records using tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in high-stakes and time-sensitive situations
- Experience working with education systems, compliance requirements, or large operational processes
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience managing state or benchmark testing programs or familiarity with Arizona Department of Education testing requirements
- Experience training or supervising staff, such as test administrators or proctors

We are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace where all team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best work. Diverse ideas strengthen our school, improve outcomes for students, and help us better serve the families and communities who rely on us.

How We'll Take Care of You:

Our commitment to you includes:
- A competitive total compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits

- Generous PTO options, including unlimited PTO for exempt roles and “life happens” days when flexibility is needed

- Recognition and rewards that celebrate birthdays, meaningful milestones, and the important work you do for students and families
- Quarterly Town Halls to keep communication transparent, aligned, and human
