In this role, you will be the operational engine behind high-impact B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring ideas are translated into fully executed, multi-channel initiatives across digital, events, and content. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product in a fast-paced SaaS environment focused on GTM data and sales intelligence. This position requires a highly execution-driven mindset, where precision, coordination, and ownership determine success. You will manage moving parts across campaigns, events, and vendors, making sure nothing falls through the cracks from concept to launch. Over time, you will gain deeper strategic influence as you build context and trust within the organization. This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to deliver consistently will directly shape brand presence and pipeline impact.
You will be responsible for executing and coordinating end-to-end marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless delivery across campaigns, events, and content operations while acting as the central hub connecting multiple stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from briefing through launch and performance analysis.
- Coordinate all campaign assets including copy, design, landing pages, tracking links, and workflows to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage the full lifecycle of industry events and conferences, including logistics, sponsorships, booth setup, and post-event campaigns.
- Plan and execute webinars and company-hosted events in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring visibility, alignment, and timely execution across all initiatives.
- Manage project workflows in tools such as Notion, including briefs, timelines, task tracking, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing operations.
- Support content production by briefing writers, managing review cycles, and coordinating publishing workflows.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
You bring strong B2B marketing execution experience with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns in fast-moving environments.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with strong exposure to integrated campaign execution and project management.
- Mandatory US cultural fluency gained through 3+ years of living, studying, or working in the United States.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, particularly in GTM, RevOps, or sales intelligence ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Instantly, Google Suite, and Notion.
- Strong “producer mindset” with the ability to manage both digital campaigns and physical event execution.
- High level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and data literacy skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize outcomes.
- Portfolio demonstrating ownership of end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns is required.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $3,500 to $5,000 USD based on experience
