Scenario & Exercise Integration Coordinator at University of Dayton – Dayton, Ohio

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, analytics, or related field
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Experience supporting technical or analytical workflows requiring organization and documentation discipline
- Ability to interpret structured technical data and follow defined workflows
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to Detail
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen
- Secret clearance required

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

- Experience creating data/scenario materials for modeling/simulation/wargaming
- Familiarity with structured analytic approaches
- Experience in multidisciplinary technical environments
- Demonstrated experience executing DoD defense simulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage various project activities ensuring accurate task completion
- Active US Security Clearance with Top Secret eligibility
