Accountabilities- Enhance developer productivity with AI by streamlining workflows and automating tasks.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery efficiency and reduce build times.
- Build and maintain scalable internal developer platforms and tooling.
- Drive infrastructure reliability and implement monitoring practices.
- Collaborate with domain engineering teams to identify productivity bottlenecks.
- Uphold engineering quality standards through clean coding and thorough reviews.
- Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and design patterns.
- Mastery of server technologies to ensure high availability and service quality.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages, including Python, Java, or Node.js.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, especially in CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS or GCP and infrastructure tools.
- Strong system design skills with the ability to make architectural decisions.
