This role offers an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of product marketing strategy for a high-impact B2C digital product. You will operate at the intersection of product, growth, and analytics, shaping how users discover, engage with, and monetize the platform. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on experimentation and data-driven decisions. You’ll play a key role in optimizing the entire user journey, from acquisition to retention, while continuously uncovering new growth opportunities. - Define and own the end-to-end product marketing strategy, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning
- Lead and align cross-functional teams across user acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, and product to execute growth initiatives
- Optimize the full customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and monetization with a focus on lifetime value
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities, generate insights, and develop actionable growth hypotheses
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, CRO) to continuously improve performance across the funnel
- Track, measure, and report on key business metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and engagement indicators
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in senior product marketing, growth, or marketing leadership roles within B2C digital products
- Proven ability to drive measurable impact on key business metrics including revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, along with funnel optimization techniques
- Experience with experimentation methodologies including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
