Senior Product Manager at Jobgether – Canada Creek, Nova Scotia

This role is designed for a highly motivated product leader with a passion for developer tooling and front-end experiences. You will define and execute end-to-end business objectives across multiple engineering teams, translating customer insights, analytics, and market needs into impactful product features. The position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality software that improves developer workflows globally. You’ll influence the roadmap, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure that product enhancements deliver measurable value. This is a fully remote, cross-functional role where your work will directly impact a global user base and contribute to shaping the next generation of developer tooling.

• Own the vision and execution for business objectives that span multiple engineering teams.
• Translate customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights into feature specifications and prioritized roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, user-focused product delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end process for features from discovery, design, and development through release.
• Implement and manage analytics instrumentation to support data-driven decision-making.
• Advocate for developers’ needs and experiences, ensuring features address real user pain points.
• Continuously evaluate product performance, iterate on features, and drive adoption across the platform.

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or developer-focused software.
• Strong technical understanding, capable of engaging with developer tools and workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for asynchronous, distributed environments.
• Evidence-driven mindset, using data, analytics, and customer insights to guide product decisions.
• Experience leading feature development from conception to launch with clear accountability.
• Collaborative, able to influence cross-functional teams, and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a growth-oriented approach.
• Bonus qualifications: prior experience as a front-end developer, familiarity with UI/UX design, and experience in distributed, remote-first teams.
