In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the growth and adoption of molecular imaging and theranostics solutions across national accounts. You will act as a key external-facing partner and thought leader, engaging with clinicians, KOLs, and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, strengthen relationships, and implement scalable programs that accelerate business success. This position combines deep clinical and technical expertise with business acumen, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making at the highest levels while expanding the reach and impact of theranostics solutions. The role requires collaboration across regional and national teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a dynamic, innovative healthcare environment.
- Lead strategic business initiatives in molecular imaging and theranostics, aligning national growth programs with overall enterprise priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption and influence strategic decisions.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy and optimize account growth.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, meetings, and tradeshows, enhancing visibility and credibility within the theranostics field.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to develop standardized messaging, engagement strategies, and scalable programs.
- Drive post-sale customer success by ensuring effective partnerships with local and national business unit leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination and issue resolution across key accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven clinical and technical expertise in Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, and Theranostics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence with a record of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience assessing market intelligence, performing trend analysis, and executing strategic initiatives in a healthcare or medical technology setting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, motivate colleagues, and drive results in a matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of fiscal and commercial impact, including revenue drivers and margin analysis.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
