This leadership role drives the vision, strategy, and execution of a next-generation conversational messaging platform, integrating AI-powered intelligence across SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Mobile Push channels. The Director of Product is responsible for defining platform roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating client and market insights into scalable enterprise solutions. The role balances strategic product leadership with hands-on involvement in platform development, monetization strategy, and go-to-market execution. This position collaborates closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure high adoption and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings experience in messaging, engagement, or martech platforms and excels at unifying technical, operational, and client-facing perspectives. Success in this role directly influences enterprise adoption, platform innovation, and overall business growth.
- Define and own the roadmap for mobile and conversational messaging products, ensuring alignment with AI-driven workflows and enterprise use cases.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to execute product strategy and drive adoption.
- Develop product packaging, positioning, and monetization frameworks to maximize enterprise engagement and revenue.
- Collect and translate client and market feedback into actionable product priorities and enhancements.
- Support strategic deployments, pilots, and demos while validating messaging use cases with enterprise clients.
- Establish repeatable go-to-market processes and adoption frameworks that scale across client segments.
- Serve as the product vision owner, ensuring alignment between platform capabilities, AI integration, and enterprise client needs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Product Management, Platform Strategy, or Product-Led Go-to-Market roles.
- Proven experience building or scaling messaging, engagement, or marketing technology platforms (CPaaS preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of messaging protocols and ecosystems: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Mobile Push.
- Experience with AI-driven engagement, conversational UX, and platform integrations.
- Expertise in product-led GTM, enterprise solution positioning, and client adoption strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments, partnering with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams.
- Technical fluency with APIs, platform integrations, and marketing automation ecosystems.
- Preferred: Background in martech, adtech, or customer engagement platforms, with experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
