As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you are the cornerstone of operational excellence, driving forward innovations that redefine industries. Your expertise in DevOps practices will ensure the seamless integration and continuous delivery of our groundbreaking projects, from transforming urban living to pioneering new healthcare solutions. - Leadership in Automation & CI/CD: Lead the design and enhancement of automation frameworks using GitHub Actions. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of artifacts and code quality using Artifactory, SonarQube, and Snyk.
- Azure-Centric Cloud Strategy: Architect and manage robust Azure environments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end rollout of AVS (Azure VMware Solution), creating and managing VMs, and configuring complex networking architectures.
- Infrastructure as Code: Set the standard for infrastructure deployment using Terraform to ensure scalable, repeatable, and secure environments.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Act as a dedicated teacher and coach to the engineering team. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and Git best practices.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Support the team’s virtual environment needs, tackling complex system performance issues and maintaining high reliability for .NET and Angular based applications.
- The DevOps Mindset: Above all, we value a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You should be a continuous learner who prioritizes team success and "big picture" architectural health over just checking off tickets.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps: Proficient in supporting modern application stacks, ideally .NET or Angular environments.
- Azure Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Azure, including VM creation, networking capabilities, and ideally, AVS (Azure VMware Solution).
- Automation & Security Tooling: Expert knowledge of GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and experience integrating security/quality gates like Snyk and SonarQube.
- Infrastructure as Code: Advanced proficiency with Terraform for managing cloud resources.
- Git Mastery & Teaching: Exceptional knowledge of Git version control with a passion for coaching others on branching strategies and collaborative workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Experience managing vulnerabilities and dependencies within Artifactory and Snyk.
- Certifications: Advanced Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Expert) or HashiCorp Terraform certification.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to prioritize efforts based on business impact and provide accurate status tracking for complex migrations or rollouts.
- Estimation: Capability to accurately estimate deployment efforts, helping the team manage scope and timelines for virtual environment needs.
