About This Position

Pop! Promos is looking to add a Creative Services Associate to our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining their creative and technical graphic design skills to help build tools to create awesome pieces of merch. As a Creative Services Associate, you will

  • Own the development and maintenance of the creative tools our teams rely on
  • Support new product launches
  • Serve as a key connector between Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and our team of artists

What You’ll Do:

  • Build & Maintain Creative Tools: Design efficient and accurate .psd and .ai templates for customizable product mockups.
  • Support Product Launches by developing creative assets and training our artists on product limitations and best practices.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Development on new product proofs and to ensure assets align with go-to-market-strategy.
  • Develop training and serve as the main point of contact for our overseas artists, tracking productivity, turnaround times and quality metrics.
  • Read and interpret brand guidelines to help guide our team of artists in design direction for high value opportunities.
  • Liaise with the Sales Team to help achieve the best quality designs for our clients

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a design field or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of professional design work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to read and understand brand guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem solving skills and situational judgement
  • Ability to plan and execute a project within tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask
