- Lead and manage new business development efforts and guide prospects through the contract process.
- Contribute to strategic development, competitive positioning, and growth planning within the organization.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team that innovates and delivers cutting-edge solutions.
- Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, utilizing emerging technologies to exceed client expectations.
- Oversee resource allocation on projects and ensure effective management and delivery standards.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Pharma/Healthcare sectors.
- Postgraduate degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D.) in a relevant discipline highly desirable.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage change with an emphasis on resilience and adaptability.

- High degree of professionalism, ethical conduct, and composure under pressure.
