Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Pharma/Healthcare sectors.
• Postgraduate degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D.) in a relevant discipline highly desirable.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage change with an emphasis on resilience and adaptability.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation in solution-oriented approaches.
