Job Overview

Beachland Homes, a leader in custom luxury homebuilding for over 20 years, is seeking a proactive, service-oriented Homeowner Experience Manager to lead post-closing operations. This key role ensures every homeowner continues to experience the excellence and craftsmanship were known forlong after they receive their keys. Youll serve as the primary contact for all warranty-related matters, manage subcontractor coordination, and help uphold our brands high standard of service. This is a growth-focused position with potential advancement into Construction Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Homeowner Experience & Communication
    • Attend homeowner orientations and closing walk-throughs

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty concerns

    • Communicate clearly and empathetically with homeowners to resolve issues

    • Ensure consistent, high-quality post-closing experiences

  • Warranty & Service Management
    • Manage and resolve punch lists from orientations and closings

    • Track and coordinate warranty service work orders

    • Conduct scheduled follow-up visits at 30-day, 3-, 6-, and 11-month intervals

    • Adhere to all in- and out-of-warranty procedures and policies

  • Subcontractor Coordination
    • Notify and dispatch appropriate subcontractors for service work

    • Monitor quality and timeliness of subcontractor performance

    • Ensure completed service meets Beachland Homes quality standards

  • Operational Oversight
    • Report recurring issues to the VP of Operations

    • Collaborate with the Production Department to identify root causes and recommend solutions

    • Oversee Customer Service Coordinators follow-ups

    • Approve all warranty-related expenses

  • Model Homes & Company Assets
    • Perform monthly inspections of model homes

    • Ensure all company-owned homes are maintained in top condition

  • Professional Growth & Team Support
    • Learn and apply company procedures and service philosophy

    • Support Construction Managers on an as-needed basis

    • Prepare for advancement opportunities within Construction Management

Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, residential warranty/service, or customer care (luxury homes preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

  • Comfortable managing subcontractors and coordinating field operations

  • Proficient with technology (construction software, email, mobile apps)

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
