The person in this position will need to be adept at working within a multidisciplinary team and have strong interpersonal communication skills. Medical terminology knowledge/experience is preferred, as is customer service experience in healthcare.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMS Windows, EPIC, Telephone etiquette, customer serviceDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
