We are currently looking for a Director, Payroll Implementation in EMEA.In this role, you will lead and optimize global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. You will manage a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and implement scalable systems that support business growth and employee satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll workflows, resolve operational challenges, and deliver insights that shape strategic decisions. You will also oversee performance metrics, streamline operations, and ensure consistent adherence to local and international payroll regulations. This is a remote role with broad impact, providing the opportunity to influence payroll strategy across a diverse, multi-jurisdictional workforce.Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international regulations
• Develop, implement, and standardize payroll procedures and operational systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify operational bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions and process improvements
• Monitor KPIs to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive actionable outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll systems seamlessly and support organizational growth
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on payroll operations and process improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving productivity and operational excellence across payroll teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of payroll management experience with strong knowledge of global payroll systems, processes, and compliance
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing, coaching, and developing high-performing payroll teams
• Hands-on experience managing multi-national payrolls across diverse jurisdictions, including tax and compliance complexities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret payroll data and implement data-driven improvements
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and scalable system implementation
• Familiarity with payroll software, integration with business platforms, and international payroll regulations
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering error-free payroll operations
• Ability to align payroll strategy with business growth objectives while ensuring employee satisfaction
