- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Achieve a quota of new sales growth within your select customer base each quarter.
- Drive customer relationships and create champions through effective advocacy.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades and cross-sells within existing accounts.
- Consult with customers to recommend additional solutions that fit their needs.
- Devise and execute account strategies to maximize customer success and account growth.
- Provide high-touch customer service and handle support issues as needed.
- Deliver feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests.
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in sales account management.
- Strong ability to run a discovery, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals.
- Basic understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding expectations in a quota-carrying role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High comfort level with client objections and negotiations.
