The Customer Service Representative is responsible for being the point of contact for American Fuels customers. This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emails, entering leads and opportunities, handling fuel contracts, service contracts, fuel deliveries and service calls, as well as being a point-of-contact to resolve incoming inquiries. This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emails, entering leads and opportunities, handling fuel contracts, service contracts, fuel deliveries and service calls, as well as being a point-of-contact to resolve incoming inquiries. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Invoicing and purchase orders for all vendors and customers
- Distribution and coordination of ordering all promotional needs
- Handle various requests that are related to the job
- Handle customers and assist with outside customer orders
- Maintain spreadsheets for customer information
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited education institutionStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail orientedIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as neededAbility to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- Six months of related experience and/or trainingExperience promotional merchandising, screen printing, or other related industryOSHA or other relevant safety certifications
- Regularly required to sit
- Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Close vision abilities required
- Noise level is usually moderate
- Hours regularly exceed 40 per week
- Frequently work under time constraints
