As a Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of our operation. You’ll be the one who:

• Matches the right technician to the right job
• Keeps customers informed and confident
• Supports our field team with clear, accurate information
• Keeps everything moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment
  

Monday-Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
(Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfort handling high-volume, multi-line calls
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Dispatch or ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Knowledge of plumbing or the Metro Phoenix area is helpful
