This Opportunity:

• Supporting members of our Civil Engineering Teams

• Use of AutoCAD Civil 3D for analysis and design of roadways, trails, sidewalks, water main, sanitary and storm sewer systems and site improvements

• Use of Excel for development of project bid item tables, quantities and cost opinions

• Prepare construction plans and specifications, site plans, grading and drainage plans, studies and reports for a wide range of public and private infrastructure systems

• This position may serve as a Field Engineer during the construction season, involving observation of municipal infrastructure improvements

• This opportunity is open to candidates residing in or around the St. Paul, MN area

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Ability to collaborate in-office a minimum of three (3) days per week

• Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.

• Strong Written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience or training with AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Previous Civil Engineering or construction experience through internships

• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret engineering lans and topographic maps
