THE JOB (Yes, Its Plumbing)Youll be doing real plumbing work:
Residential rough/renovation projects
Service, repairs, installs, and the occasional how is this even possible? situation
Talking to customers like a normal human being
Diagnosing problems without immediately blaming the last guy (even when it was the last guy)

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
Licensed Plumber in Massachusetts
Someone who actually knows what theyre doing
Can work independently without needing hourly pep talks
Shows up on time (wild concept, we know)
Has a sense of humor and thick skin
Doesnt throw tools, tantrums, or coworkers (Please dont throw your coworkers)
Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber
5+ years of experience in residential plumbing preferred
Strong skills in both new construction and renovation projects
Ability to work efficiently, follow plans, and troubleshoot effectively
Clear communication, reliability, and a professional demeanor
Valid drivers license
If you treat customers homes better than a jobsite porta-potty, youll fit right in.
