About This Position

About the CompanyThis company is a fast-growing healthcare AI startup focused on streamlining knowledge-intensive workflows across the U.S. healthcare system. Their platform leverages advanced AI and agent-based workflows to reduce administrative burden for payers and providers, improve operational efficiency, and enable better clinical and business outcomes. The team is building real-world, production-grade AI solutions used directly in complex healthcare environments.
The OpportunityThis is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and AI innovation. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner directly with prospective customers to co-create real-world AI agent solutions using the company’s AI Studio platform. You will own the full pre-sales technical cycle, from discovery and solution architecture through demos and live prototypes, helping customers understand how multi-agent AI workflows can solve complex healthcare problems.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Field Engineering
  • Partner with Sales and Customer teams to scope and design high-impact AI agent workflows tailored to payer and provider use cases (e.g., prior authorization, clinical documentation, HEDIS gaps).
  • Develop and deliver technical demos, prototypes, and live solutions using the AI Studio platform.
  • Write clean, modular code to orchestrate multi-agent AI workflows that reflect real healthcare data patterns and edge cases.
  • Build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating business goals into actionable AI-powered solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during pilots, proof-of-concepts, and go-lives.

Platform & Product Feedback Loop
  • Act as a power user and builder on the platform, pushing its capabilities and helping improve it.
  • Identify patterns across customer engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Build reusable agent templates and playbooks for core healthcare workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Field Engineering, or Pre-Sales within healthcare technology.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, particularly at the payer–provider intersection.
  • Strong programming ability (Python or JavaScript preferred); you can build and demo production-quality solutions.
  • Experience working with or designing multi-agent systems or LLM-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, clinicians, and executive stakeholders.
  • Full-stack ownership mindset with the ability to drive work end-to-end.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with agentic or orchestration platforms such as LangChain, ReAct, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Background building scalable agent workflows, RAG pipelines, or healthcare-specific AI tools.
  • Open-source contributions or technical writing related to AI agents, healthcare workflows, or data orchestration.

What We Offer
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the future of healthcare
  • High autonomy, ownership, and clear growth opportunities
  • Competitive salary with performance bonuses
  • 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Retirement plans (401k), disability insurance, and employee assistance programs
