- Coach and motivate a sales team to exceed quotas in the Financial Services sector.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s to review performance and assist in navigating procurement cycles.
- Engage actively in sales cycles as a 'selling leader,' assisting AEs with stakeholders.
- Provide feedback as the 'voice of sales' regarding specific product needs.
- Build and enhance relationships with mid-market financial institutions.
- Drive process improvements to shorten the sales cycle in regulated industries.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, exemplifying commitment and knowledge.
- 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in Financial Services.
- Proven leadership experience managing a sales team ideally for 3+ years.
- Deep understanding of financial regulatory landscape (FINRA, SEC, SOC2).
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Strong business acumen, preferably with mid-market financial customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting complex solutions.
- BS/BA or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
