• Analyze historical and projected financial and operational information to deliver actionable recommendations
• Lead the monthly financial review process at the practice level
• Develop proforma, financial models, and valuation analyses
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Oversee the budget process, including project planning and data integrity
• Collaborate with executives and physician leaders on financial and operational issues
• Prepare variance analysis for financial reviews with operational teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or an analytical field required; Master's degree preferred
• 7-8 years of related financial analyst experience
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
• Proficient in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and executive communication
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with knowledge of Business Intelligence software
• Ability to work with large scale ERP or G/L systems
