We are currently looking for a Senior Web Designer (Marketing-Focused) in Latin America.In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact, conversion-driven web experiences with a strong emphasis on marketing and brand execution. You will lead the creation of landing pages, paid ad creatives, email templates, and other digital assets, ensuring that every design decision aligns with business objectives and enhances user engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate marketing strategies into visually compelling and highly effective digital experiences. This position requires balancing creative excellence with data-informed decisions, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring usability, accessibility, and inclusivity across all projects. You will also contribute to design systems, document design standards, and mentor colleagues where appropriate. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable results for marketing campaigns and digital growth initiatives.Accountabilities:

• Design marketing landing pages, ad creatives, email templates, and social media assets that drive conversions
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing channels
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and trend assessments to inform design decisions
• Define information architecture and user flows for optimized usability and conversion paths
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma and other design tools
• Plan and execute usability tests, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity standards are met
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and comprehensive documentation
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while taking ownership of deliverables and timelines

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional web design experience, ideally in B2B, agency, startup, or freelance environments
• Strong expertise in marketing-focused web design and conversion-driven UX
• Advanced graphic design skills with proficiency in typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling
• High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop is a plus
• Solid understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and design system creation
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and take full ownership of outcomes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both autonomously and within a team
